Earlier this year we worked with Result CIC to deliver coaching to DaDaFest participants, and we're excited to share that they're now offering free support sessions to frontline workers.
As part of our Artist Development programme, we partnered with Result CIC, a Manchester-based coaching and training community interest company which works with people who feel marginalised or separate from society, and organisations supporting those people.
Directors Jane Cordell and Hormoz Ahmadzadeh use their own lived experience of issues such as disability, mental health, discrimination, sexuality and immigration to inform their work, which has brought real benefits to people taking part.
They are offering free coaching sessions to frontline workers who are feeling the stress of the current Covid 19 situation. Anyone who is a care worker, nurse, doctor, member of the police, delivers essential supplies, works in a shop - anyone who is currently working to keep the country going but is feeling under pressure, can get in touch with them.
