DaDa is a pioneering disability, Deaf, and neurodivergent arts organisation, unique in our focus and in the scope and scale of our work and ambitions. Based in the heart of Liverpool, we have built a national and international reputation for delivering high quality and accessible events and projects including a critically acclaimed festival programme.

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will assist the organisation in fulfilling its financial, managerial, and legal obligations. Someone with great attention to detail, who thrives in a collaborative working environment, and can demonstrate a commitment to the principles of inclusive practice and equal opportunities. In light of the ethos of the company the Operations Manager must have direct or personal experience of disability, an understanding of the social model of disability, and knowledge about disability arts.

We are also aware of the need for the arts to be more inclusive in terms of many different kinds of diversity. DaDa encourages applications from people experience racism and marginalisation, who are discriminated against, and facing intersecting barriers including those who are Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent or have long-term health conditions; those from African, Caribbean, LatinX, Middle East, North African, South Asian, East and South East Asian heritages and their diasporas; those who identify as LGBTQ+; and those who experience barriers due to their socio-economic background.

We can offer a re-location fee of up to £500 to help support moving costs, and we welcome a conversation about how we can best support individuals access requirements.
