What do you do with DaDa?
Mandy is a newBoard Member and Trustee for DaDa. Mandy previously worked with the company as a freelance artist, but her history with the organisation goes back a long way. Mandy was one of the original Board members when the company was first formed and became the Artistic lead between 1995 and 2000.
Tell us a bit about your background
Mandy isan Edinburgh TV Festival nominated writer and Access Consultant. As a blind writer Mandy is keen to place characters with a different lived experience at the heart of her drama’s. Mandy writes for,TV,radio and stage.
Previously Mandy worked as a Youth Theatre Director with The Liverpool Playhouse, was course tutor for Solid Foundations at LIPA, Applied Theatre Lecturer at Hope University, and Head of Participation at Collective Encounters.
