Ono Dafedjaiye has worked in the creative arts industry for over 15 years.
Currently Training and Taking Part Assistant at Heart n Soul, she have been on the staff team in various roles, including Communications Assistant, after joining as a participant in the project Dizzy Hearts 12 years ago.
She worked at Shape Arts as Project Assistant on Inspiring Futures, mentoring other young people with learning disdabilities to develop careers in the arts industry.
Most recently she performed in Rosana Cade’s show ‘Walking:Holding’ where she had to hold hands with the general public outside the National Theatre to see why they don’t like holding hands with people.
Ono says, "I love working in the arts because I get to interact with different kinds of people."
